As we approach the end of another year, we are reminded of all that has happened over the past several years. After completing our support in August of 2006, we moved from Chicago to Indianapolis, to dive into full-time ministry. We bought our first house and turned it into a home. During Spring Break 2007, we traveled halfway around the world to New Zealand, to give a boost to the brand-new ministry there. Ryan and his team created a new ministry tool, Crugle, and is currently working with the national team to expand it to encompass the ministries across the country. Rachel launched new ministries at Ivy Tech and IUPUI, the state’s 3rd largest school. And on March 22nd of this year, our first child was born. It has been an exciting adventure, and it is fun to look back and see where the Lord has taken us. Of course, our son Braden, now 8 months and crawling, is keeping us on our toes!

Even though our support has not been 100% for some months now, that does not mean that we have not been taken care of by the Lord and the ability to continue in ministry has been such a blessing. In recent months we have seen some new friends join our support team. We have seen are support raise to it’s original goal when we started as a couple 3 years ago.

Unfortunately, this does not take into account our increased health care and our hope to increase our living needs. If you noted from our last prayer letter, we are currently at 85% of our new goal. Over the past year we have seen this deficet met by one time special needs from many of you and we graciously thank you.

We trust that threw you and others, the Lord will provide the last $1,100 of monthly support we are hoping for to continue to keep our family in ministry until the Lord determines otherwise.

With Much Love,
the Relevant Family

Rachel and I are getting used to being parents and adjusting to ministry with a larger family. After our summer on crossroads which was very encouraging and seeing some support come in, we are starting the fall semester still needing $1300 in monthly support.

With our first child coming soon within a matter of days…Our support needs have changed. Our health care will be going up as well as hoping to increase the income that we have for the baby and make up some support lost – Our current need is for $1300 of monthly support.
