Summer Projects

Summer Projects are the “bread and butter” of Campus Crusade’s mission. Student leaders are trained in Biblical concepts, developed in their walks with God, and mobilized to win people to Christ. Every year, nearly 600 students from Michigan, Indiana, Illinois & Ohio alone travel the globe to participate in Summer Projects.

Crossroads — a summer internship with ZeroCanvas

Crossroads is a uniquely tailored summer experience to help students grow closer to God while developing their professional skills. Crossroads allows creative students the ability to build deep relationships and serve the ministries of the Great Lakes Region.

It is a great experience to sharpen the talents and passions God has given them as they are able to use them for His glory. It’s amazing what work can be accomplished when college students rely on the Holy Spirit.

“I’ve honestly never had a summer that has impacted my life so profoundly. I was blessed with the opportunity to work in the office with students who were all there for the intent of glorifying the Lord, which was such an encouraging atmosphere. I also loved that I was able to use both my heart for the Lord and my heart for design in one place.

Outside of the office, Crossroads taught me so much about myself and my walk with the Lord. Rachel loves having students in our home and providing a warm atmosphere. It reminds us of why we do what we do – We are going after students’ hearts. It is great to see the students on Crossroads catch that vision as they learn what it looks like to use their unique gifts, in the power of the Holy Spirit, for the glory of His Kingdom and not find their identity in their skills or majors alone.
